Compliance With Laws
You shall comply with all laws, rules and regulations now or hereafter promulgated by any government authority or agency that govern or apply to the transmission or display of data. Any attempt to sublicense, assign or transfer any of the rights, duties or obligations hereunder or to exceed the scope of this Agreement is void.
Termination
KT reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend your use of the website and the Services at any time without liability and with no prior notice. KT reserves the right to change or discontinue this website at any time with or without notice to you.
Venue And Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, excluding conflict of law principles. The parties consent to jurisdiction and venue exclusively in the State of Maryland. Those who access this website, Content and/or the Services from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. KT makes no representation that the Content or any data delivered through the Services is appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to it from territories where the Content or data is illegal is prohibited.
